The employee working tonight was super rude and cold while making our sandwich and answered all the questions we had in a very disrespectful manner. He had an airpod in one ear and it was super annoying for us, the customer, having to repeat our order multiple times and getting a “What?” In a loud and disrespectful tone in response. The food tasted like it was expired and the way he was making our sandwich it was evident he did not like us from the start for whatever reason. It wasn’t even close to closing time so I don’t know why he’s so pissed off. I am never coming back to this franchise ever again and will recommend the same to whoever is reading this.
