  If I could give less stars, I would customer service is lacking and I know we shouldn’t expect anything better than minimal effort out of McDonald’s with speaking as a customer service person and somebody that works fast food myself there was little to know actual effort, putting into customer service and this will be the last time I ever spend any of my money at this location. I spoke to a manager and was told customer service was not important and that it was outside of the scope of his position or the position of anybody at that store.

  Bathroom code is 15151, for the record. Frustrating experience. Stopped on a road trip for lunch and bathrooms. Young kids that needed to go, but the bathrooms require a code, and we had to wait to get an order in before we could get a code to go. Easy access to bathrooms should be a default expectation of McDonalds.

  Its McDonald's, yet it is a McDonald's with a very clean and safe place area. Its spacious enough for a younger groups birthday party! Parking was easy and service was fast. Alot of natural lighting, bathroom has a code on it so not anyone can just use it. And thats a big plus for me having childern that extra security is a must have in my book.

  This is the second time I have pulled into the drive-thru and no one was there to take my order. The first time It was later in the evening and the drive-thru window people were making a TikTok outside at the drive-thru. This time, I pulled up and no one was there to take my order. But when I drove by there was a black girl with braids sitting in the drive-thru window staring right at me. Today is March 13th at 6:40 p.m.. as a business owner, I don't understand why you don't fire employees like this?? They have got to be hurting your revenue. At the very least hurting your reputation. Find better employees.
