  Has never been prepared to switch over to the breakfast menu a single day of their life. 5 minutes, turns into another 15, into a "it will be ready at 4:30". I've tried getting a couple times over the past week but have left every time.

  I ordered 4 fish meals for my kids on 3/2/2026 at 11:30pm spend about 35 dollars the fish sandwich were so dry no sauce looks like they were made in the morning horrible very upsetting didn't feel like driving back because they dont care anyways

  This place needs to shut down their online ordering if they can’t fulfill an order. I paid for a mobile order, waited at the kiosk for 10 minutes, got tired of waiting and went to the window for another 10 minutes. When someone finally came to the window, they explain they aren’t accepting orders and didn’t know how to cancel the mobile order. Figure it out or shut down. It’s very simple. If you can’t order food at a food place, there is no reason to be open with lights on and accepting mobile orders.

  I understand companies are understaffed now a days but it gets ridiculous when they constantly don’t have certain items available that are on the menu (ice cream products) and it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. They are obviously too lazy or whatever their excuse is, but if you can’t offer what you sell every time a customer goes there then you should take it off the menu!! I love McDonalds and was raised on it (seriously and literally) and I am getting to the point of never eating there again! I ran a company before and know a lot about completing that job, so I hope the owner or manager will take this statement to heart because you guys as an individual restaurant part of a very successful corporation are FAILING MISERABLY!!!! Do Better!!!!

  Really upset with their food and wait time. I made an app order and had to wait 20 minutes for the food. When it finally came out of the window, Big Mac and fries were both cold for god knows how long they have been sitting. Never had this problem with other McDonald’s. I understand it is a weekend and drive through can take long, but come on this McDonald’s, at least serve the food hot!
