With Hyperion Coffee Co. our mission is to create a roasting company in Ypsilanti, Michigan with a unique approach to the coffee experience. This approach begins with establishing relationships with coffee farmers at origin. Our goal will be to represent each of the farm's coffees with a personal investment and studied knowledge of all the methods of growing, production, brewing, and service. We develop individual roast profiles for each coffee we select and tailor it to enhance each coffees attributes and natural sweetness.
