They originally spelled Ethan wrong and corrected it before bringing the cake to me. They said they were cleaning up the lines to make the cake look really good. Turns out they were just correcting my son's misspelled name. They still didn't notice birthday was misspelled nor did they fix it. They did not show me the cake, they bagged the cake / tied the bag in a knot so I was already home before I noticed. Obviously we still ate the cake and it was delicious. The service was very kind and courteous. The people were very nice. However, spelling Happy Birthday and the persons name correctly should be a simple request to get right.
