Every time I've visited this place, the service is non-existent, the staff can absolutely care less, it takes over 30 minutes for food to come out, And the quality of the food is at cafeteria level. There always seems to be plenty of staff standing around talking and laughing sooo what the what do we got going on here?

If you order food from this location expect an additional 15-30 minutes for your food from the eta given. Even when you get your food it’ll be wrong half a time. Getting bone-in instead of boneless and wrong sauces on the wings. Unacceptable

When placing the order, we specifically requested a celery boat, and it was clearly noted — even the receipt shows the celery boat was requested. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the package, the celery boat was missing. The food itself was fine, but it was disappointing to see a simple yet clearly requested item left out, especially when it was confirmed on the order. Little details like this matter, particularly for pickup orders where you don’t realize something is missing until later. Hoping they pay closer attention to order details moving forward.

I don't know if it was the lime that I squoze in it or of the don't clean the spikets but I couldn't force myself to drink it if I wanted to. The celery sticks were dry on the ends but thats normal. ThevAll American burger had burnt bacon on it but I ate it. The best thing about this BW is the atmosphere and service. The wings are over priced for the quality and fries are never good.
