  I ordered a frozen coffee 2 things of black pepper snacking bacon and hash browns. The coffee was half melted , and the bacon has soooooo much pepper on it , it's gross. The hash browns were cold and mashed..

  If you can’t get a simple bagel order correct whole-grain toasted with cream cheese and I have to repeat it three times and still get a plain bagel un toasted with cream cheese you need English classes.

  First off…You know Dunkin is a hit or miss depending on what one you go too..HOWEVER this one has been a hit every single time!!!!! There is a guy who works there he always wears the orange hat. He is so sweet and kind. The coffee is always on point as well as my snackin bacon 🥓. I come here almost everyday because not only is the coffee on point BUT HIS customer service is amazing. So thank you for being you and making my coffee right!

  Typically my choice coffee shop purely based off convenience; I do a mobile order and it only adds one minute to my commute to pick up. Today was the worst though. Placed an order before leaving home. Arrived 10 minutes later and the place is full of people waiting. The guy cooking keeps putting ready food on the counter where it just sits.. like a display… There was no kind of expo at all. (They seemed short staffed since usually there’s about 6 workers) After about 10 minutes of being ignored I decide to help myself to my order (that has been sitting on the counter the whole time)
