Every time I go there, the service is slow and appears to be undertrained and under staffed. They're at desperate for employees that they have no customer service skills, no eye contact, no smiles and they can't even say the subway script stuff. If I didn't get discounts on the app and it wasn't on my way home from work, I'd bypass it completely.
