  Ordered food online. Said 20 minutes. Got there in 25 and they hadn’t even started making our food. They were slow and unorganized. When i finally received the food they forget the wings. The place smells like the fryer oil hasn’t been changed in 8 years. It is disgusting in there. Order at your own risk.

  It is Pizza Hut. . .unless someone messed up it tastes the same at every location. I believe they were short handed as it was near close because I waited about 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and my pizzas were done and waiting the entire time. Employee's seemed annoyed to be there and for the orders. As a former Pizza Hut manager the store was up to par, even above average in areas.

  On 1/23/26 I order a pizza some wing Dessert and a soft drink the first time I called The phone just rings and it sent me to overseas so I order with them. They said they cannot take my payment by phone and transfer me back to the store when they transfer me back to the store. It does the same thing then gives me a busy signal so I call back and got an employee named Jasmine. It took her 45 minutes to take my order because she was not listening. And I had to repeat myself several times I ordered at 6 o’clock they sent me a text at 7:30 saying DoorDash will be delivering my order. OK not a problem. 815 comes the food. My pizza order was half pepperoni and half meat lovers and I ordered some Honey barbecue wings when the food gets here it’s cold and it’s a full pepperoni Pizza and the boneless chicken wings didn’t have any barbecue sauce on them. I called back the store. immediately I get the same rep Jasmine and advised her that my pizza order was wrong and I told her the same thing that I order half pepperoni half meat love So her and another coworker get the laughing while I’m on the phone and she completely ignores me for up to five minutes and then pass the phone to the coworker that was laughing with her. Don’t know who it is. She never told me her name so I advise her again and provided my number so she can look at the receipt that I’m looking at so the Second person said that I ordered no pepperoni no Italian sausage no meat lovers I said then the other half should’ve just been cheese only It wasn’t the Second person said they was going to get a new pizza out and hung up on me. Couldn’t even tell her about the wings. 9 o’clock comes I tell my children just warm up the pizza and eat what they sent because I don’t think they’re sending a New pizza 10 o’clock comes he brings the new pizza four hours after I already ordered a pizza Then said he needs the old pizza back. I told him my kids already ate it And it has been sitting here For three hours with no pizza and no updates if they was making me a new pizza, the delivery man walks off with the new pizza I ordered I didn’t trust the pizza because I didn’t know what they could’ve done to the pizza and I’ve been calling the store all morning not one person answered or even took an order I spent $43.30 and tipped the first delivery driver over 10 in cash because it wasn’t their fault for the second delivery driver to come two hours after I already complained and walked away with the new pizza. I have worked in fast food before and I know it is a rule that they cannot take old food back because they swapping out a pizza those kids There need training And I Could’ve just asked for a full refund, hoping that they can just fix mistakes and then the corporate numbers tell us to reach out directly to the store To make a complaint, the same story that does not answer their phone

  NO HAIR NETS NOR SPIT/FACIAL HAIR GUARDS WORN BY 90% of workers in the preparation, cooking, slicing, and boxing areas. I was ignored by the female when I asked her about a hairnet. So I decided to video. They finally gave me a fully cooked pizza after I had visited this place three times with the exact same order.

  Has gone down hill real quick and apparently their wings are smaller than even a regular chicken nugget now? Because thats what I recieved last time I ordered this past friday.
