  I just came through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee requesting to have 5 creams and 6 sugars on the side. Waited; not a long wait. Received my food and then was asked ‘how many sugar and cream’? Repeated 6 sugars and 5 creams on the side. Was handed a coffee with the top not fully on and unfortunately it had cream and sugar in it which I didn’t ask for. Now I have coffee spilled all in my car and all over me. So I pulled around to park to go inside. I walk in and was asked what is wrong. I calmly state I was in the drive through and was given coffee without the top fully on and cream and sugar inside when I asked for it to be on the side. Mind you I’m standing with the cup of coffee that is dripping down my hand and all down my legs. The lady stated I’ll just get you a new one. No offer of napkins until I say ‘may I have a towel or napkins or something. I have coffee all over me and all over my car’. I’m now a little frustrated so I take the napkins and walk out and clean some of the coffee up in my car. I return and was given the coffee with cream and sugar on the side. The issue is that I expected receive the hazelnut coffee that I order, but realized when I made it home it was plain. I’m not happy. I have to spend time cleaning coffee from my car and in the end I didn’t even receive what I paid for. Not a good experience at all.

  I gave this location, a $100 bill and they tested it with the marker and confirmed it was a real hundred dollar bill. They then came back and told me they could not accept the money because someone else had passed them a counterfeit bill even though mine was tested and prove to be real. What kind of crap is that the woman at the window said it was her boss’s decision this place is incompetent. I would find somewhere else to go.

  I am volunteer with an adult group associated with a nonprofit in the area. Today we had a birthday celebration at Panera on Clyde Park after a fun excursion. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience. Manager Mary and her very dedicated staff helped us have an absolutely wonderful lunch time event. Food was ordered ahead of time it was ready on time it was accurate it was hot. They really made our birthdays we were celebrating an absolutely wonderful experience. I also want to thank the lady that greets when we walk in the door she has taken my order often this week as well. She too was kind and exceptional. I wish I remembered her name. Thank you from 10 plus individuals that were able to celebrate in a very special way!
