  Second time in a week I went to this location and it’s the same worker. She said the system is down like how is this happening so often? This is the closest McDonald’s near me when she said it the first time I was like okay understandable and went elsewhere but I just got out of work and not many places are open. I have never experienced Macdonald system being down like that especially multiple times.

  I asked for a manger but I was ignored, I was trying to report a parking block problem, the needed cleaning of the men's room, and the insufficient handicap doors (the entry doors with no handicap automation). After about five minutes of waiting for the manager, who never showed, they waved said, "have a nice day," so I refused to order.

  The pies look unbaked and weren't even warm, wanted to go back but the lady at the window wouldn't even give us a receipt.
