  We stopped through Jimmy Johns for lunch today and simply ordered a couple sandwiches 🥪 i ordered the Turkey Tom, add Cheese. After getting back on the highway, myself in the passenger seat, i open my sub to eat and look at it first. Realizing there wasnt any cheese on it. Looked at my receipt.... I was charged . 99 for cheese. So we get back off the highway and get turned around in this aweful winter weather ☃️❄️, to go back to have my sub fixed..... A man with red hair and red beard asked what he could do for me (something in that manner) and i then explained about the cheese and showed my reciept. He turned around and went in the back as I stood there for minutes and there was no one but this woman cutting cheese. So i finally asked if anyone was going to be back to make my sandwich after standing there for at least 5 mins with no one or no sandwich.... This was my response after asking a worker if someone was going to make my sandwich? I was told they have other tasks that they also have to complete before helping me? ... The woman employee shown in the video was extremely rude, disrespectful, and pretty much ranked me to being helped after the floors are mopped and trash taken out. 🥴🤔🤨 I would not recommend this jimmy johns location to anyone if you want to feel like your business matters 🫧📢📣🫧📢📣🫧📢📣🤦it took a 3RD person to come out from the back and ask me how he can help me 🤦🤦🤦🤦... Which btw, thank you to that man, i appreciate your help.
