  This was my favorite location up until recently. I went in to ask if they had changed the recipe to the Sunrise Sunset smoothie as the last 2 I had that week tasted just like water. The Night Shift Manager told me it could just be the fruit shipment that they got and this is why it taste that way. He said he’s never had the smoothie and because he remade it before that week, there was nothing else he could do. He said I was the only person that complained about this smoothie and I could try to go on the app to try to get my money back for it. I let him know and showed him on the app that it wouldn’t let me do anything because it was still saying that the order was in process. He said he didn’t know what to tell me and I could try it later or the next day. Now I have to do the problem solving for him and I asked if there was a number I could call as their store has no phone. He said there’s a corporate number but he doesn’t have it memorized. He came back 7 minutes later with the number and I took it down. I will never go to this location again and it’s the worst experience I’ve had to date at a tropical smoothie.

  Once again another disappointment order at this location, first I decided to place my order ahead of time to save time and make the process easier but I got stuck in drivethru for 15 minutes, no hi or anything at the speaker, ok and I received my order. My smoothie had so many mango chunks and ice bits that it was impossible to use the straw and extremely sweet like 3 times the amount of sugar and look at my quesadilla with like 3 pieces of chicken. I’m extremely frustrated
