    Once again another disappointment order at this location, first I decided to place my order ahead of time to save time and make the process easier but I got stuck in drivethru for 15 minutes, no hi or anything at the speaker, ok and I received my order. My smoothie had so many mango chunks and ice bits that it was impossible to use the straw and extremely sweet like 3 times the amount of sugar and look at my quesadilla with like 3 pieces of chicken. I’m extremely frustrated

    I get a LOT of tropical smoothie from multiple locations. I don’t normally write reviews, but this particular location is uniquely bad. The orders are consistently incorrect, missing items, or over cooked. I’m not sure if it’s just one or two employees or management, but it’s to the point where I will drive 20 minutes away to go to a different location. Every time I am short on time and do order from this location there’s always an issue. My most recent order was an incorrect smoothie. I’ve had a few instances of really watery smoothies or the wrong flavor. I’ve also had the quesadillas consistently come burnt to the point that the paper is burnt onto the quesadilla. When something is missing or incorrect, the phone number goes straight to voicemail.

    Every time I get the mocha madness it’s like they don’t crush the ice all the way. That’s nothing in comparison to what I threw out (of ice) And it’s just when I order that specific one. My spouse will get a fruity one and has no issues with ice chunks.
