Sometimes they don’t provide the straw on orders I pick up for delivery. What’s that about? No attention to detail or care about orders. I stopped tipping some time back because I have never gotten my order on time and have to stand there and watch for 15 minutes as they make orders for the to go window. Will be switching to another location.
