My husband placed an online order to surprise me with lunch, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. When he arrived to pick up our order, he waited about 25 minutes before anyone even started making the subs. Because of the delay, I didn’t get lunch as planned.
He later spoke with the manager, Chloe, who did remake the sandwiches and even included two cookies as compensation, which we appreciated. However, when we finally got home, both subs were still incorrect — the bread wasn’t toasted even though that was clearly listed on the receipt and the order ticket. The overall quality looked rushed, and it was frustrating after everything that had already happened.
When I asked for a copy of the receipt, Chloe seemed irritated and said it would “take awhile” because she had to sort through old receipts. A customer walked in during this time, and she told him she had to finish dealing with us first because she needed to remake our order — which was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. We really hope the store improves its communication, timeliness, and attention to detail for future customers.

My daughters got food poisoning here. Yesterday 11/21 went to this restaurant around 7pm something. Got me and my two daughters 6inch subs, one had a philly steak and my other daughter had a pizza sub, I had a veggie wrap with avocado, cucumbers, green peppers and spinach. My stomach started to hurt and my two daughters one isn't feeling well the other one is literally throwing up everywhere with severe stomach pain. Once all the food got out of her system she is feeling much better.
Only one person was wondering last night.

Well, first of all, they don’t speak English. And that’s funny, because placing an order requires communication.
And second, this isn’t India. You can’t just go pulling a cellphone out of your pocket and placing it on the cutting board.

Horrible service every time I come here. Workers are too lazy to answer at the damn drive-thru, so you have to go inside. Always out of flatbread, because it's frozen. Workers act inconvenienced by customers. Flat out LAZINESS. Will not come here again.
