    The lady that was there today (1/20/26) was rude and very disrespectful. I went in there because I ordered my sub on the app, and I got the entry wrong food. The Indian guy seemed not to know what he was doing. When I went in to get my order correct, the lady said “ I didn’t make your food nor mix it up so I don’t know why you’re giving me that look” first of all that’s so inappropriate to say. This isn’t the first time this lady has had horrible attitude. I left and didn’t take that food. And she wanted to say as I was walking out, people make mistakes. I understand that, but this isn’t the first time they have messed up my order. Mistakes you learn from it. They don’t keep occurring.

    Impeccable service. Jacob and Kim made it feel like it was a unique experience. Hard to come by employees like that. 5 stars all around. The store was immaculate.

    For a short while under the new ownership, this Subway was great. But we have gotten stale bread 3 times in a row, when the bread is 99% of why anyone goes to Subway. Also today they were out of lettuce which seems insane for a sub shop. The app consistently fails to tell you what they’re out of or no longer sell — which is maybe not this location’s fault but frustrating nonetheless.
