    Worst experience ever. Never had problems before today. The male manager that’s comfortable yelling at people and cussing them out over a pickup order-you need to find a new job because you’re terrible at customer service and terrible to interact with. Contacted the regional manager with dashcam footage of you yelling and acting a fool today! When asking another employee how I can report the manager running the place because he’s throwing things, yelling, demanding, and acting horrible he comes right up and goes what’s your problem, what? And instantly starts an interaction that is unprofessional and unnecessary when it was clear I didn’t want to talk to him. I pointed out the high rate behavior and he told me to leave and don’t come back, he doesn’t care either way. No professionalism and most likely getting written up or losing your job after this dashcam footage is seen/heard.

    I usually order on the other side of town but I was over here and was craving a real fruit cherry limeade slush what I got was artificial I know the tart difference plus no lime or cherry wow total rip of times 3 because we purchased 3 of them! To insult my taste buds and intelligence…….never again

    Pulled into the drive-thru dor lunch. The place was pretty quiet. Ordered a number 5. I could go into the long of it. I was very polite and just needed stuff not on the burger. I ended up telling the worker that they didn't to be rude and to have a great day. They responded with "Good." and I left. They were short, snappy and I hope their day gets better but they didn't need to take it out on me.

    I called them on the phone telling them I’m making a online order to see if I can or not I tell them I’m making one now I’ll be there soon I go ahead and make it and get there and I had to wait to get my milkshake because they didn’t know I order it when I’m the only person sitting down at the where you told me to it took them 20min at least to give me my milkshake

    First time at sonic in 15 years and it was pretty good. Shakes are thick enough they should probably give a spoon also as my kids couldn't drink them. The $1.99 wrap is the tiniest little thing ever but it tastes better than it looks. And my kid liked the fries more than McDonalds which is crazy but the last couple were pretty good.
