I told her I already paid and placed my order 10 minutes ago, but she said she still couldn’t process it because I didn’t get there before 11… which I did.. do better I guess? Stop chatting with your friends in the back and take someone’s order when they get to the screen?? I had to just refund my order myself (she said it should have charged me but the money was ALREADY taken out of my account..)

Food is usually fresh given that it's fast food. I never go to Mcd w/o my app. It's more reasonable in price by far.

I was definitely impressed and wanted another but decided to get an ice cream cone instead. Second order was that ice cream cone and I waited almost 30 minutes for that to be brought out to my car after the order through the McDonald's app was submitted. I was not impressed with the wait with the second order! The young man who brought it out was certainly polite, professional, and courteous. However, he said nothing of the near 30 minute wait for an ice cream cone. Decide what you want. Note to the review haters: only the drive through or curb side was available.
