  Around 6pm for dinner, my mom and I being the only customers in the store of 6 staff, had to wait for corrections while ordering only 3 subs, that then had yo be taken back again because they didn't toast them. All while everyone was crowded in the food prep area on their phones AND sitting on the food prep counter. So unsanitary! We left feeling so disgusted and taken for almost $50

  Absolutely worst experience with any Jimmy Johns at this location. I ordered a Turkey Tom add onion and pickle. I received a sandwich with just turkey and onion. Then a pickle that was just placed in a random sandwich bag. When I called I was told to come allllll the way back and get a new sandwich or they would mail me a coupon (sure I'll never see that) l. Manager wouldn't even get on the phone to speak to me. Very unprofessional, lazy, and disappointing.

  I PAID EXTRA for turkey on my sandwich AND DIDNT GET IT. It was a pickup order so by the time I got home and realized it was missing I wasn’t going to drive all the way back. Just frustrated I paid extra for nothing

  Huge shoutout to Caleb at Jimmy John’s — he went above and beyond to help me out with my order when there was a system issue. Super friendly, professional, and handled everything quickly without making it a hassle. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Appreciate the great service, Caleb!
