- EMEd Manning2 days ago5.0We stopped by today and, overall, had a great experience. The parking lot has close to 24 spaces, which is more than ample for a location this size. They also have a drive-thru. The location is great. It’s easy to access and far enough from the red light/corner that entering and exiting isn't a headache. The restaurant was clean inside and out. Since it was early morning, the interior was a bit dimly lit, but we were fine with that given the hour! The two ladies working the counter were really nice, quick, and attentive. We’ve used the drive-thru here before and received the same high level of service. My girl got a Cocoa Cloud Latte and a donut, and I grabbed a bottled soda(I didn't see fountain sodas) and two donuts. She really liked her drink and to put that in perspective, she’s a regular at the other big-chain coffee spots. The donuts were tasty and fresh. If I could complain about anything, its the lack of soda choices and not having a soda fountain machine. It’s always a nice experience at this location. We’re looking forward to the next visit.

Then they gave it to me with it not filled all the way so I told them that I didn't want light ice and they said they didnt do light ice and that it was the “cold foam” that made it go down. As if I don't go here weekly and never had this problem. Also didn’t ask if I wanted a straw.
