Then they gave it to me with it not filled all the way so I told them that I didn't want light ice and they said they didnt do light ice and that it was the “cold foam” that made it go down. As if I don't go here weekly and never had this problem. Also didn’t ask if I wanted a straw.

Every time I order an iced matcha, the cup is only about half full the rest is just foam and ice. When I asked the employee to fill it up since I’m paying full price, they said that’s how they make it, even after remaking it. Other Dunkin’ locations make it right and fill the cup properly for the same price. I hope this location improves, because I really enjoy Dunkin’s Matcha!
