As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Completely unprofessional and aggressively rude management. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service anywhere. I’d give a negative star if possible.

That is just showing how lazy our society is getting that so many people need jobs yet this company has made the decision to replace pry hundreds of jobs with AI. Get to the window and the lady there is brass and has a distasteful attitude. She has me my drink card back and receipt. The receipt has nothing but my total on it so I have no idea if my order was rang in correctly. She then opens the window again starting to ask me to pull around the other side since they are waiting for fries. The guy on fries yells at her to wait and keep me there, she pauses chooses to ignore him and tells me to go ahead and pull around. The issue being I didnt have a passenger to recieve the food from the other window. So instead I pulled backward through the parking lot and waited against the curb. No common sense in that request. Got back home and my husband burger was not made correctly. I asked for no tomato extra onion it was made with tomato and normal onion.
