As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They have a new machine that takes people‘s order and it’s horrible It ordered me the wrong size. It ordered me something that I didn’t even order and the service was even worse. I went up to the window, and the lady cannot speak up at all. so when I asked her to repeat the order, I could not hear a word. I told her I couldn’t hear anything and she continued to speak quietly, and everybody there seems to have an attitude luckily everything that was ordered was correctly, even though it initially started with the machine, not even putting in the correct order. I’m highly disappointed and I think others feel the same way about checkers just going downhill and their customer service is terrible.

After waiting 30 minutes in line we hoped everything would be hot and fresh but our burgers and mozzarella sticks were cold and not very good, but the fries were hot and delicious. I felt like we were experiencing time dilation as we watched the staff members working inside move in slow motion. If they are truly using time manipulation technology at this location they should start using it for keeping the food fresh and not for slowing down the pickup line.
