  The beef and cheddar recipe has changed. Freaking worst sandwich ever. Beware. Ain't worth 99 cents. They now put a red Catalina dressing aka special red sauce on the meat. They also use a generic low quality cheese sauce that is thin or watery compared to the original cheddar cheese sauce. So make sure you ask for no red sauce and no cheese sauce and get sliced cheese. Also they don't cut their own meat anymore they use already cut meat now And no it's not the same. It's bad when Denny's ghost kitchen the meltdown can do 1000 times better than Arby's and make a real sandwich. Staff at Arby's was very friendly however their food is horrible quality and taste

  Apparently the person who served me doesnt like their job role. Mozzarella sticks cold. Sandwich missing items, not even cut and the two pieces of bread were facing opposite directions 😆. Drink over filled to the point where I immediately asked for napkins to wipe off the pool on the lid. I'm sorry you were having a bad day. Maybe customer service just isnt your strength, and that's ok. I selected a photo of what Arbys is going to respond with because it has trash customer service. March 21, 12:15am
