It took 47 minutes. $16 for a small pizza and when I open the box, I couldn’t believe what I saw one piece with zero cheese on it and multiple pieces with little to no cheese when I told the owner, he told me that was normal. I told him in my entire life. I’ve never seen a slice of Pizza with an entire slice with no cheese. And then to be told that’s normal??? Weird situation.

I am assuming the pizza is woodfire and it was left in too long? It was absurd. I ordered three flavors on the crust with butter, Cajun, and sesame seed and could eat none of the crust. In addition, all of the cheese slid straight off of the pizza when I picked it up. I was really looking forward to the pizza as a 4.8 rating is quite solid, and it seems like the intent is good. My pizza should have never been boxed though, and I would have rather been told that the pizza was burnt and they were going to redo it rather than the pizza I had in that box. The perimeter was nearly completely black and a portion of the crust was burnt so badly it started to turn to ash. Whoever the employee is who I baking and boxing needs to pay closer attention to this. If an alarm needs to be set to pull the pizzas or if hot spots in the woodfire oven need to be found, or if they need to assess if certain crust tipping burn quicker, then it needs to be done. This is the worst pizza experience I have had in my life, and I think the shop capability is much better by what I have seen online. My experience just seemed to be the furthest from that capability.
