Wth Jimmy John's! My mouth is on fire 🔥 I ordered a #9 an Italian nightclub and was eating it then bit into a mass of peppers!! Whyyyyyy! Wth even is this? It's red peppers, green peppers, onions, lettuce, mayonnaise, some meat and cheese. It's definitely not an Italian Nightclub that I have ordered for years. Aside from that the person at the drive thru was rude. I even came twice within an hour to get a sandwich for myself after getting 4 other sandwiches for others and he was rude both times. This place used to be ok but the sandwiches and quality have really gone down hill. $13 for a sandwich I can't even eat and probably disrupted my stomach ulcers from being so spicy. Not even being dramatic, being truthful.

Ordered lunch through DoorDash. My dasher called me upset to express that they refused to give him my order claiming that it had already been picked up and he was the third person to try. The app showed on both of our ends that the order was not picked up and was waiting for the dasher. I could hear them being rude to the dasher as we were on the phone, so I called and the girl was just as nasty to me. She very RUDELY told me it wasn’t her issue it was a DoorDash issue. I followed up by asking if it’s a “them issue” if they gave my order away to someone else and she loudly told me no because she’s not the one who gave the order to someone. I was told I couldn’t speak to the manager because they were on the phone, I was then hung up on after being told to “have the day I deserve” and when I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer the phone. The customer service at this location is ATROCIOUS. And I wouldn’t spend a penny of my money here with this type of staff.

Absolutely horrible customer service since when can you place a pickup order over the phone and not pay cash . Even if you give a card number they still make you come in to order that's crazy .
