Went a little after noon on Saturday and no one knew anything about it . Showed them my order, the confirmation and payment. Everyone just said well no one ever got it . Refunded but cannot express the anger and frustration as it was a special occasion. Never shopping there again , can’t trust them with a special occasion .

Him his ice cream and then tell me they don’t have either of two flavors I ordered because it’s too frozen…but that’s why I’m here. They didn’t have one or the other. It was chocolate and gold medal ribbon. I thought you’d keep them readily available considering their popularity? Maybe I don’t know. Needless to say my husband who didn’t want to go got ice cream and I got nothin. I won’t go again…

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
