I placed an online order for delivery. I work just across the street, however I was by myself. Minutes after placing the order, it was assigned to an Uber Eats driver. 50 minutes later, the Uber Eats driver was still across the street, not moving, so I called the store. The manager, Ben, immediately knew my order and acknowledged it was sitting there. He offered to bring it to me once his shift ended a few minutes after that. The Uber Eats driver picked it up mere minutes before Ben was going to bring it to me and then delivered it with no apology, nothing. Ben was willing to go above and beyond for a simple sandwich. Although I'm upset with Uber Eats allowing such absurdity to happen, this Jimmy Johns and Ben are amazing. In today's society, good customer service is extremely rare, but it is nice to find it here!
Nice joint. I like the fact that I can pick up from the drive through. Only complaint is twice there. Has been a little piece of deli meet found in my “vegetarian” sandwich.
Customer service at the window is terrible. Rude employees

This is the second time i have gone in there and they could not accommodate what I considered a basic request. Today, I asked to add cucumbers and no mayo on my sandwich yet we get a sandwich with mayo and no cucumbers....just a blatant disregard for the request. Prior to my order, a gentleman asked to get a #4 toasted and they said it was impossible to do that....seems odd
Lastly, one time they were not busy and I made a simple request to double toast it but they said they are not allowed to. Look if they are busy i get it, but to just blatantly ignore a customer request and put their hands up like they cannot do anything when asking to toast it seems pretty outrageous, on top of their mess ups.
Im just going to jersey mikes moving forward, this JJ stinks
