  Tried the new chicken bacon ranch street chalupas. They are really good. Definitely try them. Taco Bell always knows when to bring back the hits.

  Tried the Creamy Chipotle Crispy🐔 Chicken burrito. I'm going to rate it a fail. The chicken was dry, and over fried. Lacking quality control. Automated drive thru kiosk was efficient. Employee I encountered was friendly. Service was fast, maybe too fast as I assume the burrito had been sitting around 🤔

  Ordered 2 lux box and a taco pack and it was shameful. The loco taco x2 where all broken n sloppy. The chalupa was skimped and so was the crunch wrap. The fiesta potatoes were burnt x2. The soft taco pack was okay. Only thing that was right was the 2 medium Pepsi. Mind you there was also 2 other customers angry because they are waiting on there food too. I dont recommend using this place. Spend $ for crap services. Hire better workers. Cause the ones you have obviously dont care about their job or the customers. Mind you this is also not my first disappointed experience at thus location. The new Hudson location is way way way better.

  This is the second time I have ordered delivery and a drink and item was missing. I tried to use the customer service option and I was redirected to the app. Then, I filled out an email form explaining the issue. It's been a couple days and the location let the phone ring. I normally don't mind this location and think the food tends to be good, but the chicken I had was pretty burnt and like I said, the aforementioned missing items. I just want my money back at this point. By far the most disappointing taco bell order. I used to brag about this being the best taco bell in the area. The food was always fresh and hot and crisp. Now, it seems I can't order without my money being taken and no resolutions to my issues, I know you have no control over the app but I've done my due diligence in reporting this issue. Multiple times and have tried to call to have it resolved myself. Please fix this, I paid for items I never received and the ones I did get were bad quality. I'd like to keep going back to this location but not if it's going to be like this everytime.
