- APAngela PontiusDec 11, 20251.0Honestly, all the subways in Wixom are a joke. It says they’re open till 10 and I went at nine and they had locked the doors. Don’t even open the business entirely. If you cannot staff properly, or update your hours if you can’t fulfill those needs. Every single time I go, they’re closed early.
- JRJordan regishNov 21, 20251.0me and my boyfriend were so hungry and stopped at subway on the way home. walking in there was a man sitting at the cash register with his feet up on the counter with NO SHOES AND NO SOCKS!! we were so disgusted we just walked out. and thats the subway we go to all the time. very grossed out and disappointed. nobody wants to see that especially when its someone PREPARING YOUR FOOD!! BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THAT PLACE.

Not once, but twice I have ordered on the mobile app and gone to pick up - only to be told I have to wait - which is fine, except I was expected to wait until the store was cleared out of customers, including ones who walked in after me, and who I had ordered / paid LONG before. Not to mention the awful attitude from the person working. What is the point in allowing mobile orders if they aren't prioritized? Just TURN IT OFF! Also, their phone doesn't work, which I suspect is intentional because of their scamming. It is pretty much impossible to contact Subway for a refund - I have put in TWO requests through their chatbot which is the only way to contact anyone aside from going in. They have stolen close to $80 from me in the past couple of months.
