I ordered 4 tenders and got six but they were undercooked or something. Tasted terrible I couldn't eat them. It was through the drive through so I couldn't go back I had things to do. For this to be a brand new build and they have machinery that isn't working I couldn't order a soft drink because the drinks machine wasn't working how weird is that. I was wondering why the line to Burger King next door was so long and this line was so short and now I know.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes at 440am for them to finally say something, only to tell me it will be 15 minutes before they can take my order. I guess they dont realize how many Amazon workers are in the area at this time, so my break is wasted. Why open a new restaurant for 24 hours if you dont have staff?

Total incompetence. Waited almost 20 minutes for curbside pickup, people arrived after me even got their meal before me.
Had to walk in to the counter and confront the clueless staff inside to get my meal. Outrageous!

Took a great McDonald's and turned it into one of the worst in the area. Long waits, rude employee (most are nice but one guy ruins the whole visit plus the time he went to take order from the people behind me when i was waiting in line first and thank you to the other customer for speaking up to tell him to get my order first). And apparently they can't even make food right now and also cant look at the pop machines to know when they are out of syrup because coke shouldn't be clear. Getting rid of the inside soda machines I get but please bring back a counter to allow people to get their own napkins, ketchup, ect I seen many frustrated people waiting to get something simple but no one their to help them.

Honestly worst mcdonalds service around! Employees are rude and do not care about their loyal customers. I was having issues with the app and the lady at the window who said she was the manager refused to try and and help and said oh well I don't get my food even tho I waited in along line with my kid and even when I called up there they refused to help. I'm not trying to get free food I had my card attached to the app and she said it didn't pay so basically I couldn't get my food . I've never had a problem before and I go multiple times a week. At the very least it was a 5 dollar sandwich and I spent thousands at mcdonalds they couldn't just give me my sandwich for the mistake . Any other mcdonads would not argue with a customer and try to make things right and make the customer happy I'm so upset now I don't get to eat my lunch because I only had the payment attached to the app and now I leave with a bad experience. Don't ever go here beck rd is way better or even new hudson or Milford mcdonals but grand river is the worst!
