  Why I left the drive thru (and only 1 car was in front of me). 12 minutes for a turkey sandwich? Waited at the drive thru window. Someone was stand there but didn't open the window, didn't say "we're running behind", did NOTHING. Guess my business wasn't important. Went elsewhere. btw, 2nd time I've pulled into their drive thru and had very bad service. If I owned this franchise, I'd want to know why I'm losing customers.

  Just went to get their new "BBQ" sandwiches. Was ignored in the lobby for 10 minutes, then was given two sandwiches without a drop of BBQ on them. Absolute waste of time and money, I won't be back, other than to get a refund.

  Man come on. I mean, you have to know you screwed up. This was disgusting and could you imagine trying to eat this in your car. This was a drive-thru order.
