He has a great way about him. He is light hearted, great natured, and funny, properly used, professional and efficient. I was talking with my sister in law at the time on speaker phone and she began laughing after hearing Paul’s exchange with me, and also impressed! The franchise and the company are well represented by Paul, your front liner. He could train others to follow his way! Give that man a raise! Keep up the great work. Godspeed.
