Whitmore Lake Rd McDonald's has the oddest layout of any McDonald's I've ever been inside. It's not user-friendly and there are zero menu boards except if you use the kiosks. The workers don't pay attention to whether someone is at the counter wanting to order, partly because walls are blocking their view, as I saw happen to another customer waiting. The employee who handed me my food was friendly. One of my Grinch meals was missing fries, so that wasn't great. I wanted them to stay hot while I drove in the cold, so I didn't check the boxes before leaving. Lastly, someone was mopping the entire floor during the lunch rush and whatever solution they used was super slippery. I nearly fell, although I was wearing good winter boots. I said something to her and she apologized for not having the caution signs out yet. All in all, I don't really want to go back to that location.

I had the app fail and the on sight manager Ryan looked into any issues. Regardless of any issues he made sure I had my order fast and fresh.
