The staff are always so nice, especially the excited guy that typically runs the drive through speaker. Food is always hot and fresh, and the milkshake machine has never been down in my experience! Usually I have the tiniest amount of wait at the second window - but only because they are always wrapping up on finishing making my food fresh, and it's typically like 2 minutes, if even.

It's not user-friendly and there are zero menu boards except if you use the kiosks. The workers don't pay attention to whether someone is at the counter wanting to order, partly because walls are blocking their view, as I saw happen to another customer waiting. The employee who handed me my food was friendly. One of my Grinch meals was missing fries, so that wasn't great. I wanted them to stay hot while I drove in the cold, so I didn't check the boxes before leaving. Lastly, someone was mopping the entire floor during the lunch rush and whatever solution they used was super slippery. I nearly fell, although I was wearing good winter boots. I said something to her and she apologized for not having the caution signs out yet. All in all, I don't really want to go back to that location.
