  For a new taco bell this one is terrible, there ALWAYS seems to be some sort of an issue and it's always later in the night. No matter what time you go in or order on the mobile app it's always missing something. I don't think I've ever left this location with a correct order. They need to pay their employees more or find some better ones. This is ridiculous, how is there zero accountability. And 40 minutes to wait to reset "the system", it doesn't take that long your employees are just lazy and don't want to work. I watched probably 15 cars pull out of there without ordering. I wonder how much money these people have already cost this new buisness.

  The last two experiences I've had at this location were terrible! First time I was refused service during a period of high commerce in the later hours of the night and the employees were very rude, and now today I was again refused service and told to cancel my breakfast order despite the fact it was already paid for and supposedly prepared according to the website. Well guess what? I COULDN'T cancel my order by that point, so I effectively paid to get spat upon and told to go back home empty-handed. Worst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. They're not worth 10 cents let alone the 10 dollars and 20 minutes I just wasted on this egregious excursion. I implore anyone who reads this to instead visit the second Highland Rd location further down the road, much better service, staff, and they don't steal your hard-earned money.

  This taco Bell is an absolute joke My husband and I ordered dinner on the app last night after he got home from work. It was 12:02 AM. We got to Taco Bell At 12:16 the drive-through was packed took about 10 minutes or so to get to the speaker to be told to hang on a minute. There was two cars up close to the window. There was a big gap between our car and theirs after about 20 minutes, the lady came on and said that if it wasn’t a DoorDash order that they couldn’t do our order because no one checked us in we didn’t get an opportunity to get checked in because she immediately told us to hang on so not only did we wait in line for 30 minutes we left there with no food because they said they didn’t have any more food but if it was DoorDash, you could get your order. The lady wasn’t gonna cancel our order and told us we had to do it and finally after talking to a levelheaded person, she canceled the order It’s not the first time this has happened about not having food and had to replace it was something else, but this was the longest. We waited to leave empty-handed and go home and have pizza rolls for dinner. By the way I would not give a star at all but I have to so I can post that 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  Never had a Taco Bell outright refuse to fulfill an order, but this one will do that. Waste your time & gas at your own risk.
