  Food was cold, the dining area was nasty. No tables were clean, it seemed like there were only a few workers and should have had the lobby closed if you're that short staffed or the manager should have made sure the crew was doing there job properly... No fast food should be that nasty.

  This is ridiculous this is the last time I ever go to this Wendy's but I guarantee you one thing I will get my money back!!! One guy working at the store just one guy that's it and my husband waited outside for at least 10 minutes before he went back up to the window and had to tell the guy hello where's my food this is ridiculous this place needs to be shut down The food was smashed it was horrible It took him 10 minutes to make the worst food ever!!!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my food around 6:40am. Never got a call or message or anything that they couldnt fufil my order. I arrived to the restaurant around 6:50am and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes. I kept saying hello is anyone there and no response. So i pulled through the drive thru to the window. 2 minutes later the what looked like manager saw my car sitting there rolled her eyes and opened the window and said were not open. I said well i already paid and ordered online because the website says your open. She said our fryers are broken and we cant help you. Im trying to reach out to get my money back and to say i will not be coming back to this location. Everytime i go there the employees are rude as can be and they make it known that they dont want to be there. Im in customer service myself and this is not acceptable. They are rude to me everytime i go there and theh dont care about customers. The inside is gross and so are the bathrooms. I thought I would give them one more chance and they blew it once again. Please hire new people. And please refund my order as i was not pleased and did not get my food this morning.

  Id give 0 stars but it’s not an option Food was old and cold, like it had been reheated a few times , bun was dry and so was the burger . Our fries were both upside down in the bag, llike it was just thrown inside, , burgers were not even wrapped completely, I couldn’t trust what we received so we did not eat. I’ll NEVER return to this Wendy’s EVER!!! Service was beyond horrible, in the drive through, there was absolutely nobody in line yet I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the speaker, Once there she was so rude like I was a complete bother , Ive never experienced such rude people in a drive through ever

  Purchased food on 4/6/26 and I’m so sorry I did! Worst fast food I have ever had. Burgers and fries cold brought out 2 frostys and I had to inquire where my 3rd frost and drink was after waiting another 10 minutes he returns with a pop with a quarter of it gone and a frosty that is not filled full. The food tasted old like it was sitting around for hours it was disgusting. These workers obviously don’t care about putting any effort in their job just downright lazy and could care less about providing good service or quality, I tried to call when I got home and they would not answer their phone. I called twice and it just rang and rang…. I will never give that location business again! Beyond horrible! Pay good money for overpriced trash food.
