  I’m writing this review specifically about the manager on duty during our visit, because our experience at this Wendy's location is usually great. My mom is a regular customer, and we’ve consistently had friendly service—until this visit. While placing an order at the drive-thru, a younger employee was politely helping my mom order the two-for-$3 breakfast sandwiches. Out of nowhere, a manager (a woman who appeared to be in her 30s) took over the speaker and began raising her voice and arguing with my mom about the promotion. She insisted on upcharging for things that are clearly part of the deal—like the croissant and even cheese (including extra charges for Swiss). This made no sense, especially since croissants are one of the standard options for the two-for-$3 deal. On top of that, English muffins aren’t even available anymore, and my mom can’t have biscuits due to dietary restrictions—so croissants are her only option. Instead of calmly explaining anything, the manager chose to yell at a regular customer over the speaker, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My mom eventually just said “forget it” and agreed to the order to avoid further conflict. When we got to the window, the employee there—an older woman—was very kind and respectful, and it turned out my mom was charged correctly for the two-for-$3 deal anyway. Even that employee seemed frustrated with the situation. This review is not about the entire team—because most of the staff here are wonderful. But the manager’s behavior was unacceptable and really disappointing. No customer should be spoken to like that, especially not a loyal regular.

  Stopped at this location today &ordered a double HAMBURGER!! To my shock they put a cheeseburger sandwichin a bag

  Service was crappy. Workers have no customer service whatsoever training.

  I placed an online order 4/12/26 about 9:10a, no one came to the drive thru speaker, after sitting for 5minutes I pulled to the window no one came to the window, I pulled back through the drive thru still no one answered. I cancelled my order and left.

  I Sat waiting 20 mins after the window to get two classic chicken sandwiches, black guy with dreads at window taking orders around 11 pm stares at you very awkwardly and his demeanor is cocky and arrogant. Wears black about 6ft tall always has weird facial expressions. Not what I want to see when I'm spending 20 bucks.
