I purchased a bmt footlong and half of my sub had a hair in it. I discarded the food and kept my receipt. I call them and the manager says he can't do anything about it and neither will the owner. Very unprofessional , rude and dirty. Please avoid going here...:

- BCBrian CDec 23, 20254.0We decided to eat out for the evening and picked Subway. I tried to do the order online but it gives minimal customization so we drove to Subway. Our order was 3 footlongs and a 6 inch sub and the staff there was very helpful and patient. So the new Subway promotion is buy 3 get 1 one free so that's what I expected at the register but that's not the case at all, you have to order online on order to get the 3 subs and get the 4th free. I was upset st this because it does not say that in the commercials for the promotion and this is the 2nd time I've had an issue with getting my order messed up and not sure I want to go back to that store again
