I ordered ahead of time on the app 3 drinks 2 slushes and 1 refresher we get there and pull into a spot for pick up we sat there for 20 minutes past our pickup time so we went to drive thru the staff inside was sitting on his phone instead of tending to the customers I guess they knew the person in the car infront of me because they started yelling his name out the window and saying is that you and he stopped blocking us from pulling fully up and then the staff ran outside talking to their friend still having him block the window eventually they pull away but just to find out they lost our order by the time they found it our drinks were watered down and melted and on top of everything our refresher was not the correct refresher I go to sonic often for drinks but I will be finding a new sonic to attend to because I never have a happy experience here it took 45 minutes for 3 drinks

Be prepared to wait all day. They only take orders through drive through for the most part. Even if you orde through the app they still make you go through drive through instead of bringing your order out to the spot where you check in

Drive thru not efficient. Waiting over 20 minutes I ordered and haven't moved. A bunch of kindergarten kids could do better. Seriously unacceptable service!!!

Terrible experience. Food was passable at best. Forgot to put bacon on the burgers and I had to go back and ask. Walked up to the door and all the staff were very clearly on their phones with a lineup in the drive thru. No one is answering the carhop buttons. Took ages to get the food.
These staff should not be getting paid. They are not working.

I have been to this location before and the experience was terrible, but tried again Friday thinking a mobile order would provide a better experience--wrong. Food was ordered at 7:04 PM and I wasn't able to get my food until 7:42 PM. Arrived onsite at 7:10 and went to a kiosk to let them know I was there. After 12 minutes nobody had answered after hitting the button. Frustrated, I I got into the drive-thru line and waiting there until I finally got my cold food. Had I not already paid I would have abandoned the entire order. I really enjoy Sonic's food and drinks, but after two attempts I will never try this location again.
