  We enjoyed an early morning breakfast. The food was hot. The juice and water were cold. Yet a thorough cleaning of the table where we were sitting was needed at that time. The bathroom was clean and without odor. This restaurant honored rewards and gave prompt and friendly service.

  I usually do not rate fast foods but today I got a Big Mac meal for here and I just wanted to say that it was absolutely perfect everything about it was perfect!! My Big Mac was made right, french fries were perfectly salted, and my pop had the perfect amount of ice in it. Way to go I had lost my faith in fast food you restored it today McDonald's in Westland

  Waited in the drive thru for hrs so im like ima go in walked it was a bad look works chilling with they friends i think one worker was smoking a breeze me and my kids left quick need more strict management

  I went thru the drive thru and had the worst experience with the girl ( Ashley ) who takes the orders, She was very rude, when I pulled up to pay for my order I told her that I didn't want my receipt and I drove up to the pick - up window Ashley came to that window and threw the receipt in my face. Another employee gave me my order which was missing a medium fry. I asked to see the manager, I explained everything that happened, he was very kind and understanding, he gave me the rest of my order and apologized for Ashley's rude behavior. I really appreciated the Managers sincerity and I want to Thank him again. Ashley should not be allowed to work with the public until she gets much needed training.

  This place advertises as 24 hours, but that’s an absolute lie. If you come here later at night, the KIDS working in this establishment will literally ignore you. You will see about 10 cars in the parking lot and nobody is doing any work or they will come on the speaker when there are multiple cars lining up and say we are not taking orders. I cannot believe that the management team at this place has not realized what a waste of payroll all these kids are! Either change your hours of operation or change your staff. This is the last time I will be visiting this place. This problem has happened too many times now!
