  Go somewhere else. First time I go to a taco bell and the toasted my soft tacos and burritos. I just drove to a different one. Did not want to complain. Figured they might do something to our food. Just threw it in the trash and went do another one. Don't recommend it. Lame

  5 ingredients. Meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream. They cant even get that right. Hire more competent staff

  Me and my boyfriend have been to this location three times the last three nights wanting food after work. First night we placed our order on the app we get there only to be told they have limited meat, that they only have enough meat for a few things. We just say okay we get home go to eat only receiving half of our order, all four items that we did get had one bite of meat. Second night we try again we go to order at the window in case they still don’t have meat we are told they are only taking DoorDash and mobile orders so we place a mobile order we go though the drive though line again to be told they have nothing and they can’t refund us at all. Third night we order on the app get there and we are told they are only taking DoorDash orders. We have yet to be contacted by Taco Bell service on the app we have not received any type of refund. It’s frustrating to have been disappointed three nights in a row and have our money taken. Highly recommend going to a different location this one sucks.

  I am writing to formally report ongoing issues at the Taco Bell location on Merriman Road, south of Cherry Hill. On multiple occasions—most recently around 10:00 PM—I have been told the store was completely out of beef. This is not an isolated incident and has occurred frequently. In addition, my orders are repeatedly incorrect. Fiesta potatoes are often missing despite being ordered, and lettuce is left off a significant portion of the tacos. These mistakes happen consistently, approximately two to three times per week. I understand that occasional supply shortages or errors can happen, but the frequency and consistency of these problems indicate a larger operational issue at this location. Being out of a core ingredient late in the evening and repeatedly failing to assemble basic menu items correctly is unacceptable for a national chain. I am requesting that this location be reviewed for inventory management, staff training, and order accuracy. I would also appreciate acknowledgment of this complaint and information on what corrective actions will be taken.
