- PZPaige ZadorskiFeb 17, 20261.0they forgot my dirty diet which was fine but then i pressed the call button outside and was ignored for 5 minutes, then ignored at the speaker for another 5 minutes, then had to repeat my order like three times to the girl and she still handed me out the wrong pop. it took 20 minutes to get the wrong pop and i normally dont leave bad reviews but they werent even close to busy enough to be messing up and waiting that long on stuff

The last two times I have visited nobody even answered the speaker to take our order through the drive thru. And ordering online is another whole ordeal. They’ll take 30+ minutes to bring out two fountain drinks and don’t answer the stalls whatsoever. I love Sonic but the service at this one is generally very bad.
