    Heads up, this place might not function like you think it does. As Sonic advertises, you should be able to go into one of the park and dine spots along the restaurant and order your food to be brought to your car. However, this is apparently not always the case at this location. They will not respond when you hit the button at the stalls to order/talk to an employee. If you make the mistake of ordering online for one of the park and dine spots, they will simply not bring out your food and not let you know that is the case. You will sit there waiting for your food or to hear anything, and they will leave you hanging until you try to hit the button which does nothing since they don't respond to it. You can't even go inside since they lock the doors. You will need to go through the drive through and ask about your order, and then finally you can get your food. Which is a roulette wheel of whether or not it will be good, but you're at Sonic so that's not entirely unexpected. Also, ask for napkins. Everything they have is quite greasy and you'll need them, since they'll forget to give them to you unless prompted.

    Literally ordered 2 drinks on the app waited at a stall for 20 mins and then decided to go through the drive thru waited 15 more mins get my drinks and the ice is melted lol. Literally the worst every single time. Never coming back

    Less than a star. Do you not take any pride in your business? Terrible service with lengthy wait time and no one was in front of me in the drive thru. Food quality is very poor with a hard stale bun and a hockey puck burger. Hire a store manager and teach your workers about customer service and quality. I stopped going to this restaurant because of poor quality last time. Nothing has changed. Sad excuse for a business. Originally you set out to put the fun in with the dine in car spots. So disappointing.

    Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed a mobile order, pulled into slot to wait for it, never received a response after poking red button. Sat at the drive thru waiting after that for an additional 10 minute, got my food it was cold, burnt and dry simultaneously, additionally my strawberry limeade was a sprite with strawberry puree on top?? Not even what I ordered. $40 for not even mediocre service and non edible food.

    This crew ignored my pre order. After I pressed the button I sat and watched the drive thru clear. I got out my car and went to the outside and pressed the button. I could see the staff glaring at me and one staff look like I was wrong for pressing the button. I stood out there for like 5 minutes before they answered the call and then another like 7 mins to get my order. Ita like 19 degrees out. I asked what took so long and the gentleman just apologized. This was a pre order online so the 1 drink should have been ready! This is not the service I am used to getting fron sonic. Native Detroiter visiting fron Houston. I ordered from the Westland location on Warren Rd. I had to ask for a receipt. One young lady had her uniform on like she was at the club with the jacket she had on folded up exposing her back.
