I want to start out by saying that I've always gotten Qdoba for a very long time and oh boy, did my experience just now ruin this location and potentially the company as a whole. to the young man Chance that works here you need to reach out to upper management soon because the way your manager was treating you on my visit today is she would be fired on all accounts. to the young woman that was the manager not wearing a nametag at the front today i suggest you treat your coworkers better while in the presence of costumers. and I had a gift card ran and it was run for extra meat when I did not even request or receive a double portion. better yet treat the customer better as well because your attitude, many have written recently on this review forum of this location specifically about you and i understand now. for management this young woman had a black shirt and a cross tattoo on her forearm with glasses. The way she was yelling at and treating Chance is grounds enough for me to fire her and I hope she at least gets a lecture. EDIT: I JSUT TOOK A BITE AND THE CHICKEN IS RAWWWWWWWWWWWW!

I ordered the tortilla soup only to realize it was completely watered down. I'm not sure if it's a qdoba issue as a whole or this location specifically, but it literally tasted like seasoned water with maybe three diced tomatoes inside. The tortilla soup used to be my favorite item on the menu but everything seems to have been cheapened in quality. I wouldn't recommend if they're doing this everywhere, a company watering down their items and minimizing portion sizes is a disgusting form business practice.

Not sure if she was the manager or not, but the woman who helped my friends and me was extremely rude. When I got to the counter, she greeted me with, “What are you having?” in a very dismissive tone. The other employees seemed to be doing their best, but she acted as though she was in charge and had a noticeably bad attitude. On top of that, I paid for a full chips and queso, and didn’t realize until I got home that I was given a mini bag with only a few chips (photo attached). I was charged for a full size, but that’s not what I received. Food was mediocre. They were also out of several vegetarian options, which my friend struggled with. They did not offer any substitutions for her.
