She usually gets the orders from a foreign call center, which I found difficult to understand, so I asked if I could order directly from the store. Not to mention call center person hung up on me twice because I couldn't understand her strong accent! The person at the store was obviously not happy about having to answer the phone. Ok, I won't force you to take my money. Never again!

Spoke with the manager. Spoke with customer service. And the manager stated because it was yesterday and it was a call. They had no way of tracking this order and couldn't care less about accommodating a customer who still had a pizza that I could have brought back to get a remake. It’s clear to me that this location has no issues with getting poor reviews with the preparation of the food.
