I get folks may have been new but to forget cheese and sauce, both... waste of money as McDonald's is already over $7 for most of their burgers alone.

I waited over 5 minutes in the drive-thru before anyone even acknowledged me, which already set the tone. After finally placing my order, I then waited more than 10 additional minutes to receive my food — which ended up being completely unacceptable. The food was hard, overly cooked, and the fries were old and stale. It was so bad that I threw it away instead of eating it. Waiting that long for food that was clearly not fresh or made with any care is extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the app makes it nearly impossible to even submit a complaint or easily access a receipt, which only adds to the frustration when customers have legitimate issues that need to be addressed. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. Do better, McDonald’s.

They treated me like I didn't even exist. One worker continued with their personal phone call while I stood there waiting for help. The play place was dirty. TERRRIBLE SERVICE. There are 2 other McDonald's close by, and my experience there has been similar. I won't be going back.
