  Absolutely will not be ordering from here again. Ordered a frozen coke and I got HALF a cup of coke and most of it was foam. Don’t fill the cups all the way and half a thing of fries, the burgers I got were so sloppily put together they were literally falling apart, as well as no straws. Not the first issue I’ve had but definitely the one that topped the brim.

  Went through the drive through yesterday, had a mobile order for a 20 piece nugget and 2 large fries and 2 fillet-o-fishes. The guy even confirmed I had a 20 piece nugget order and he hands me the bag with 2, 4 piece nuggets and 1 medium and 1 small fry. Instead of the 2 fish sandwiches, I got a quarter pounder and a Mcchicken, which I was told tasted stale. This was also at 9:30 at night and their lobby was closed so I had no way to resolve this. I’ve already went and filed an online complaint about this Feels like I got robbed. I certainly will never return to this restaurant. If you hate your job so much to be doing this then why are you still here? It’s what’s making the store closer to going out of business.

  Can I do 0 stars? Wait 30 mins for my order to be incorrect and they say to to drive back around and wait another 30 mins with only 4 cars in line I HATE THIS PLACE!

  Tried using the app for this location. It wasn't working correctly. When I arrived at the drive thru, asked if they were having issues with customers using their app. Was told it was because I was sitting in their parking lot. Explained I was trying to use it from elsewhere and it wasn't letting me pay. Was told don't know what to tell you then, which I can understand, however, didn't appreciate tone of the entire conversation. Decided to just leave without ordering from there and going to a different location. To my surprise my order was $2.00 cheaper at the other location I decided to go to.

  Placed an order online, waited in the drive thru for someone to come to the speaker phone. Nobody was there after 10 minutes , pulled up to the window it was empty but 2 people showed up didn’t pay attention to the window, wasn’t even dressed up for the work atmosphere. After 10 minutes of being at the window, some kid came up didn’t even talk so we told him the order name he pulled it up, then we waited 30 minutes and NOTHING! The doors were closed and they weren’t working what so ever! I’ve never seen a work area so unfit and not put together. I will NOT be returning to this place. PS. We wasted our money because we couldn’t cancel the order since he was “making it”
