Would give a 5 star for jasmine (i think that’s her name), the lady with purple hair in the morning! and for morning drive through in general. They are so kind to me and everything tastes great! But the manager who works up front around 1pm on Friday was so unbelievably rude to me when I stopped inside the other day (she has dark hair, pony tail, probably in her 40s or 50s). I politely asked where my order was after 10 mins and she rudely said “well you were busy looking at your phone but i called it out” meanwhile my food is completely hidden behind the counter. i have extreme anxiety in public so i was staring at my order number on phone waiting to hear “1689” but i never heard it called. Maybe that’s my mistake, but don’t be rude to me over a mistake, especially when you don’t know what I have going on. Also, leave the food on the counter and it wouldn’t have been an inconvenience!!! Idk give your crew members a raise and put the managers attitudes in check. By the way, I was a manager at mcdonald’s for 3 years!!! Do better!!

I was there few weeks ago for work trip. I got there late at night maybe 1am expecting the normal Mcdonalds crap food. The girl running the window had me park and wait. Had glasses I believe. Got to my hotel and was surprised at how good the food was! It reminded me of how Mcdonalds used to taste to me as a kid. Fries just right, burger fresh, nuggets crispy. I work in food industry and night shifts are normally known to be the worst but great job night crew!

Was there this morning and the manager was so nice. offered to take my order at the counter or asked if I needed any help on the kiosk. It's very clean and the people are so nice there.

Wait 5 minutes at the speaker with not a word said just to tell me the system is down half the time I go here, I always place a mobile order and end up having the inconvenience to have to cancel it. I work midnights nearby and one of the only places I can grab lunch and I don't end up eating half of the time. They need better employees at night I've worked fast food it's not hard to answer someone at the speaker and not waste their time.
