This is by far one of the worst service McDonald’s I literally stopped my car cause I’m so pissed off, And I’ve watched them deny literally a dozen people while I write this review. They’ve been doing this almost every day. Nobody wants to work. They close down their dinner an hour early and tell people that they’re serving breakfast when I know damn well you could see people smoking
in the back. It’s seriously horrible.

Worst experience I have ever had at any McDonald's. The manger and the whole crew taking there sweet time and the manger yelling and arguing with different customers to the point me, my family and the 4 other families in the play place area felt unsafe. I will never come to this location again and I hope no one else does either

We didn't receive any of our hashbrowns with our combo meals and no one would pick up the phone after attempting to call three times. Considering hash browns vost as much as gold at this point, they've stolen money from me in the double digits. Never going here again.

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s in Westland. We waited in line for several minutes, only to be told—very rudely—that they were doing mobile orders only. No signage, no heads-up, nothing. The way it was communicated was dismissive and unprofessional, as if our time didn’t matter at all. If you’re going to limit service to mobile orders, at least make it clear and treat customers with basic respect. Definitely not what you expect from a place that’s supposed to be quick and convenient.

The only reason why I gave service five stars was because of the young lady named Gabby, who took my order. She was so nice and then I pulled up to the other window to get my order I get pulled. They don’t tell me why they don’t tell me how long I sit outside for 10 to 12 minutes before I get my food and then when they come out, they seem annoyed that they had to give me my food outside and they just basically throw it at me. I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles asked for discarded didn’t receive it. All I know is Gabby deserves a raise because she is the only reason why I would ever come back here.
