  Get rid of those terrible window things covering the drive through service windows!! You can't see anything or anyone, and it's FRUSTRATING not being able to see anyone until they decide to open the window. If no one greets you at the window designated to pay, then you'll go to the next one. DON'T GIVE PEOPLE GUFF BECAUSE YOU WEREN'T THERE.

  Couldn't get a simple order right. Ordered 1 Big Mac w/ xtra cheese no pickles, 3 McChickens with cheese, and 2 apple pies. Big Mac was corrected after I discovered how the Big Mac was made. Meanwhile, one of the 3 McChickens i ordered, didnt even have the chicken filet, just cheese, lettuce, and mayo, and when I was made aware that they only have one apple pie, I agreed to have a strawberry pie instead. Looked in the bag and neither pie was in the bag. Never gonna visit this location again during the night.

  #9 with no Pattie on it, says he has a new guy in the back so I guess you’re at a burger joint working and you’re new there and somehow you forget a patty on a cheeseburger good one, might want to train a little better, never again

  This location is doing a bait and switch on their meal deals. The McChicken Meal Deal is $5 (which is on the drive-thru menu board) plus tax. That comes out to $5.30. They are sutomatically upsizing (from small drink to mediume drink) and charge you additional for it (shows it on the receipt). I asked the employee (no issues with the employee) and she had no clue about it. So it is management that has done this. This has happened once before and I made management aware of it. But it does not look like they've done anything about it I will be reporting them to corporate

  My girlfriend and I went here to eat since its close to where she works and it was the worst McDonald's experience I've had so far. We ordered a Hot Honey McCrispy with Lite Jalapeños and a 10 piece nugget with Honey. We got a drop of hot honey sauce on a McSoggy with 2 pickles in the middle of the bun and No Jalapeños at all, plus no lettuce to be seen. It had no flavor and had the texture of fish. To add to it, they gave us Honey Mustard instead of honey for the nuggs and got visibly upset when we asked for them to switch the honey mustard out for what we actually ordered. We also had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the woman at the first window to actually acknowledge our existence as she just kept looking at the computer and talking through the mic instead of saying anything to the person who was at the window. She also tried waving me on 3 times without saying anything when I was trying to ask her for a side of mac sauce. Later, i went to the men's restroom and found crap on the toilet seat, the seat was broken on one side, the baby changing station is broken and just hanging off the wall, no place to hang a coat or anything, and the hand dryer blows cold air and there's no paper towels to be seen. Absolutely disgusted with this mcdonald's and the service, atmosphere, and everything else. 10 out of 10, would NOT recommend! They also have a play area, but based on the lack of care and cleanliness, I'd seriously recommend you not let your kids anywhere near it. Those areas were removed from most mcdonald's because of lack of cleaning even in the cleaner establishments, so I'd bet it doesn't get cleaned at all here.
