This place is an absolute joke. Forgot to mention all the rats running around outside. This McDonald’s needs to be investigated. Ill be contacting the wayne county health department.

- CDCiera DoniverDec 7, 20251.0I went through the drive-thru with my children and ordered 3 steak egg and cheese bagels. The drive thru service was actually fast and pleasant. Upon receiving my orange juice I was asked to pull up and our bagels would be brought to us which I completely understood because of what I ordered after receiving our order I proceeded to my next destination but once I was able to begin eating my sandwich after two bites I noticed the meat was undercooked I called the restaurant to try to get the order fixed and the lady who answered the phone was absolutely rude firstly she answered the phone by only saying “McDonald’s” after I introduced myself and began explaining the situation she rudely cut me short told me I would have to come get it remade and hung up! I was in such disbelief that I called back because at this point I wanted to know the name of the person I was just speaking to and nobody answered. I rarely eat at McDonald’s so for this to be the experience I get when I decide to dine with them I most definitely won’t be back here. Whoever that woman was should definitely seek management training
