  the new gyro sandwiches are amazing!!! hope they keep it on the menu, but the cucumber salad is gross save your $3

  Tiffany was rude and not very helpful. I went in today wanting to order a few subs and was trying to figure out the best route. I was asking pricing questions on the catering and she and she would just respond with a a condescending question. It was very uncomfortable. So I said nevermind and left.

  I would love to give a huge shoutout to Ray, the delivery driver from the Ford Rd location in Westland! As usual, I placed my order and everything was great, but my pop was accidentally left out of the bag. Ray didn’t hesitate at all — when he went back to the store for another delivery, he made sure to bring my drink back to me with the biggest smile on his face. That level of care, follow-through, and positive attitude truly deserves recognition. Service like this goes above and beyond and made me feel valued as a customer. I’m so thankful he took the extra mile to make things right. Ray’s overall service was outstanding, and he absolutely made my day!

  Come on Jimmy John's do better for the prices you people charge this is absurd just opened my $9 ham sub to find one slice of ham literally one slice of ham! I really wish they would allow pictures so I could show you how absolutely absurd this is
