Husband just picked up my online order for two subs.
They were both supposed to be not toasted, I got the Italian night club and not only was it toasted, I paid for extra oil and vinegar to have NO oil and vinegar on my sandwich.
I checked my order to make sure I didn’t mess up the directions or requests and nope, I sure didn’t.
Hardly any meat on either sandwich.
He said the guy working there right now was absolutely horrible in there to everyone.
Feel like I got robbed of a pregnancy craving that should have been made easy. Never again.

Careless, multiple violations across the board. Health and cleanliness concerns, late, incorrect orders. The owner of this franchise has obviously checked out. Unbelievable corporate would continue to let them represent the company.

Wrong sub was delivered and when I called to see if they could make a new one, I was met with a really strange attitude.. acting like I was the one who was putting them out. No sorry, no offering to fix.. just a weird exchange of words. I had to ask for a refund. Probably won’t get it.
