As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I knew exactly what I wanted and waited for the cashier who said Just a second . 5 minutes later, I called the store and asked for the manager. She just set the phone down. When she was completely done ( I believe making the food as well). She came to the microphone. I asked for her manager and was told to pull up. I then said are you the manager, she ignored me and got her manager who made sure to tell me she was on break. I asked if she was taking orders and making them, because of how long it took. I then asked how many crew members were there and she said 3 more and then told me they must be doing phone orders. I couldn't believe she actually said that. She then asked if I wanted to place an order, by this time I was done and NO. This is NOT COVID and they only had 3 other cars behind me. It will be a while to get over the careless customer service this manager and employee showed me and my family. We use to eat one to two times a week here.
