I’ve had both great and disappointing experiences at this Subway, so I wanted to share both to give a fair picture.
A couple of months ago, my experience was fantastic. I had ordered online and decided to wait inside. The worker on shift noticed and made sure everything in my order was just right. They checked in with us, confirmed details, and made the experience feel really personal and caring. It stood out to me because that kind of attention isn’t something you get often with mobile orders. I really appreciated it.
Unfortunately, today was a very different experience. On 07/14/25 I accidentally placed a mobile order to the wrong location and realized it right away. I called immediately to explain and see if anything could be done. It was a small order—two fountain drinks, a bag of chips, and a footlong cookie. I understand that it may have already been prepared, but they wouldn’t even consider refunding what could’ve been reused. When I asked to speak with a manager or leave my number, I was told there was nothing they could do. I was brushed off and told “online ordering is weird,” and the call ended without any help or care.
It wasn’t about the $13—it was the complete lack of effort or empathy. After having such a great experience before, this really stood out in a bad way. I hope the management team takes this kind of feedback seriously because good customer service does make a difference—and I know this store is capable of it.

Wow. Just wow. Of every Subway I have been to, and as a Subway Savant trust me, I’ve been to plenty, this may have been the greatest one I have ever had the pleasure and privilege to dine at. The service, OH THE SERVICE, the best I’ve ever had. I have never seen a crew with such amazing chemistry, with such attention to detail to take all the time and care to truly form the best sub they could. And through it all, they fought. Like warriors on the battlefield. As they took on online orders while the line in the store continued to grow, yet they persevered. They made those sandwiches. They proved that at Subway, anything is possible. And yes, they may have forgotten my order 2-3 times, but we all make mistakes. That’s truly the beauty of humanity, our mistakes. Our flaws, our inconsistencies, our imperfections. It’s what makes us unique. This Subway wasn’t simply a sandwich shop with an assortment of workers who don’t view each other as anything more than co workers, no, this was a family. A family with a bond so strong, their love overflowed into the sandwiches. Through all the Subways I’ve seen, without a doubt what I saw here was more beautiful than any small town sandwich spot could ever show. Please, PLEASE, visit this subway, it is truly an experience that shows the best humanity has to offer. Thank you Subway for showing me life.

Hungry traveler here...went to subway located inside a Walmart. Four people ahead of me at 4:30pm on a Wed. None were too concise with their order. Poor fella behind the counter was so polite and patient. Turns out he was not only making all the sandwiches and handling the register (changing gloves between tasks) AND he had to bake all the bread needed for tomorrow (as they're getting a new oven tomorrow and it'll be out of service). Did it take half an hour before I got my food? Yes. Am I complaining ? No. You can't complain when someone is doing their best. I've never been in a subway with only one worker (usually two). His nametag said 'Pat" and he was a gem of a hard worker. Seriously "subway folk"...give this guy a pat on the back.
And our subs were great, too!

Long line, 2 workers, 1 new other more worried about getting her dishes done so she can leave in an hour than long line of customers with a new inexperienced sandwich maker
