The person that took my order was fine but the person that handed me the smoothie dropped the smoothie and straw on the counter while I clearly had my hand out. That's so rude and I've worked years of customer service we were always taught to hand the items to the customer. Well Atleast when I did work customer service. I also overheard the female worker say she was just sick Saturday. Like we're ordering food(smoothie). Save that for home.

But what stood out was their customer service. I needed to correct the order I put in(after the fact). They didn’t act irritated, they were downright cheerful about helping me get the right order together. The whole team (even the manager) was involved and it honestly seemed like they were just here having a good time. Later on, after we had the food, someone from the back even gave us a thumbs up-smile to check and see if we were okay. Amazing service, and the music playing was also epic.
