  I went in for a burrito bowl to go. The girl behind the counter just stared at me and then said: “Online only.” I replied “What?” She stares at me. “Online ONLY”. I was confused. I looked down at the bins of ingredients— dry and crusty. It was 5pm and the place was empty. I had left my phone at my office. I said: “I’m here now. Can you just make it now?” Another girl was scrubbing pans and yelled out “online only!” So I just left. I don’t think I will ever return to this location. To say the service was horrible would be a vast understatement.

  Went to this location and they told me it was online only and I went ahead and placed my online order. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them make my food while the manger sat in the lobby and ate wings. Once I received my order I checked it and it was wrong I went back to get a refund because at this point it’s been 40 minutes. they told me I had to go through the app or I could in the very long line ( this line was formed 20 minutes into my 30 minute wait and they didn’t start making food for the people in line until the “manager” came back).

  I have to say, not many fast food chains have good service. This young man was really polite and served all customers with a smile and patience. He also gave me a generous amount of food, just look how big this bowl is! The food itself was average, and my steak bowl was a bit chewy and hard to swallow. But the real highlight was the service this young man provided.

  I hate to be the person to leave a bad review, but this location has genuinely gotten out of hand. I have been a customer here for years, and let me say that it is just terrible, and somehow always gets worse. Either the doors are locked midday, the staff is rude, they aren’t taking orders, they are holding mobile orders hostage behind the counter, the food is over or under cooked, the portions are bad, they have run out of everything, they are understaffed… I could go on and on. I think if this location can’t operate properly they should just close at this point. It’s not fair to the people who work there, the customers, or the brand itself to operate this poorly. Do better :(

  AVOID GOING UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT IN LINE AND BE TOLD THEY WONT SERVE YOU , I just waited in line for 20 minutes while working to get to the front of the line to be told they were to busy with online orders and the workers said they wouldn’t serve me or other customers in line, unprofessional and inconsiderate of time especially when I have to get back to work now I have to go without lunch, thanks chipotle👍
